Your account is a wallet address. We don’t ask for your name, email or phone number.
We keep the game records needed to run the game fairly, plus simple first-party usage stats.
We don’t sell your data and don’t use third-party advertising trackers.
2What we collect
Wallet address — your account identifier, from the sign-in signature.
Gameplay — your draft, lineups, targets, battles, frozen scores, capture rolls, Companion, achievements and your GRID burns in the game.
Settings — an optional display name, sound and reduced-motion choices, and when you accepted the Terms and confirmed your age.
Security data — a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser’s user-agent, stored with your sign-in session to prevent abuse. We use the country or region your connection comes from (as reported by our hosting provider) to apply region rules; we don’t store your precise location.
First-party analytics — events such as “draft completed” or “target selected”, linked to your account or a random ID stored in your browser, to understand where the game is confusing.
Messages you send us — through the contact page: your message, its topic, your wallet if you’re signed in, and any way to reach you that you choose to add.
3What we don’t collect
We never see or store your private keys or seed phrase, and we can’t move your tokens. We don’t collect names, emails, phone numbers, payment cards or government IDs, and we don’t run third-party ad or tracking scripts.
4Why we use it
To run the game: lineups, battles, scores, capture rolls and verifying your burns on-chain.
To keep it fair and safe: rate limits, preventing multi-account abuse, region and age rules, and early-access snapshots.
To publish verifiable roll records and leaderboards (which show your display name or a shortened wallet address).
To fix bugs and improve the game, and to meet legal obligations.
5Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run Gridiron Hunters — our hosting provider (Vercel), our database provider (Supabase) and the Solana network provider that relays blockchain requests — under their terms that limit their use of the data, and with authorities when the law requires it.
6Public blockchain data
Wallet balances and burn transactions live on the public Solana blockchain. Anyone can see them, and nobody — including us — can change or delete them. Early-access snapshots read public token balances at a fixed time.
7Cookies and local storage
One essential, secure cookie keeps you signed in. It is not used for advertising.
Your browser’s local storage remembers preferences such as sound, your last-used wallet and the random analytics ID.
8How long we keep it
Game records (battles, scores, rolls and burns) are kept for as long as the game runs, so every result stays verifiable. Security data and analytics are kept for up to 12 months, and contact messages for up to 12 months after we handle them.
9Your choices and rights
You can change or remove your display name at any time on your profile.
Depending on where you live, you may ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it. On-chain data can’t be deleted by anyone.
Gridiron Hunters is only for people 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
