Terms of Use

• You must be at least 18.
• The Game is not offered in certain countries and regions, including sanctioned jurisdictions. Some features that burn GRID may be unavailable in additional regions.
• You may not use VPNs or other tools to get around region limits, and you are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.

• You sign in by signing a message with a Solana wallet. Signing in is free and sends no transaction.
• We never hold your tokens, funds or private keys. You are responsible for your wallet and its security. We can’t recover a lost wallet or reverse a transaction you approved.
• One person, one account. We may limit or suspend accounts that break these Terms.

You draft NFL players, choose weekly targets and try to capture them. Outcomes depend on real NFL statistics and on provably fair random rolls anyone can verify on the verification page. We may adjust game settings (such as prices, multipliers or schedules) for future battles; results that are already frozen don’t change.

• GRID is a digital token that trades on third-party venues. We don’t sell GRID and don’t control its market.
• Some actions (capture retries and Companion upgrades) require you to burn GRID. The Game shows the exact amount before you approve it in your wallet.
• Burns are permanent. Burned GRID is destroyed on-chain and cannot be returned. A capture retry can still fail — the odds shown before the retry are the odds you get.
• If a valid burn could not be applied because of a problem on our side, it is flagged for review and we will decide in good faith how to make it right.
• You pay any Solana network fees.

• There is no wagering between players, and no prizes, rewards or payouts of any kind. Leaderboards are for bragging rights only.
• Drafted and captured players, Companions, levels and ranks exist only inside the Game. They have no monetary value, can’t be sold, traded or transferred, and can’t be exchanged for GRID or money.
• Holder rewards are not active. Holding GRID earns nothing in the Game. Nothing in the Game is investment, financial or tax advice.

• NFL schedules, rosters and statistics come from third-party providers and may be delayed or contain errors.
• Scores freeze shortly after both games are final. Later official stat corrections don’t change frozen results or captures.
• Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, the NFLPA, any NFL team or any player.

Don’t use bots or scripts to play, exploit bugs, interfere with the Game or other players, or create accounts to get around limits. We may void results obtained this way and suspend accounts.

The Game’s software, art and text belong to us or our licensors. Player names and statistics are used only as factual sports information; the Game uses no NFL or team logos, photos, uniforms or jersey numbers.

• The Game is provided “as is”, without warranties. It may be unavailable, paused or changed at times.
• Blockchains, wallets and RPC providers are outside our control; transactions can be delayed or fail.
• To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim about the Game is limited to US$100. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

When these Terms change, the version number above changes and we ask you to accept the new version before you keep playing. Questions: use the contact page. See also our Privacy policy.
